Utilities included are electric, water, trash, cable and Wifi. Shared common areas include the dining, living, and kitchen; fully equipped with community use cookware and dishes. Designated personal storage space available in the kitchen and the bathroom. Shared laundry equipment is located downstairs. The front and backyard areas are great social or private time areas. Some general housekeeping included. Street parking is available. There is a no pet/no smoking policy.
