Hi everyone! I love to goof around but I’m also very serious when it comes to my job and my schooling. I keep my home very clean and I would expect my roommate to do the same for her side of the home. You’ll have access to everything in the home besides the master bedroom. You may use anything in the kitchen you need to cook/clean, washer/dryer and living room with flat screen.

I have an additional storage unit outside that if you have more you need to store you’re more than welcome to use. I have a year old tea cup yorkie that weighs 4 lbs that will love and cuddle with you if you let her. She mainly stays in my room but she’ll rome the house every now in then. The $600 is for half the rent, utilities and and water included. I have no children, it’s very quiet in my home. I do go out on the weekends and sometimes don’t get home till very late but I would be very respectful if your sleeping and I would expect the same in return. I do ask that you provide proof that you can afford this amount of rent each month before move in. I will ask that you provide your own food and you’re welcome to my pantry and refrigerator.
