You will have 2 housemates, who are in their early 20s, also have their own bathrooms and will share common area. A dining table with 4 chairs, a 3 seat sofa, washer, dryer, refrigerator and additional AC unit in the common area. A separate entrance from the landlord’s. Lots of natural light in the house and a side yard to enjoy.

Monthly rent is $1,300 with one year lease, all utilities & high speed internet included. Security Deposit $1,300; background check and credit report required.

We prefer female working professionals or female students who enjoy a quiet lifestyle. Plenty of street parking usually available. No couples, no pets, no smoking/drugs. NO visitors to the premises at anytime to preserve and protect everyone’s safety and privacy.
