The apartment is located in the center of Glendale 5 minutes away from the Americana and Glendale Galleria and close access to the 134. The rent price is $1404 without utilities (which is typically an extra $75 per month).

My roommate is moving out by the end of August. I have one other roommate Georgia, and we are both 22 year old professionals looking for a working woman between 21 and 30 years old. We are open to having friends over for a movie/game night and we respect each other’s privacy when needed. We are looking for someone who will let us know when you are planning to have people over, keep the place clean, and keep the apartment safe.
