Gated & Quiet Community in Pacific Breeze in Oxnard. Renting a room in two story 2,200 sq ft, 4 Bedroom house. All the utilities, landscaping/ gardener & Home Owners Association fees are included. This room will share a bathroom but there are 2 sinks in the bathroom. Ignore the wood furniture in the room photo, room will be empty. There’s minimal storage in the garage. Looking for working professional male. No drama & of course friendly, clean, & courteous. I’m looking forward to meeting you & calling this place our home together!
