Hi all, I am looking for someone (female identifying) who would be interested in sharing a 1b1b apartment near DTLA or surrounding areas (location is a bit flexible). I’ve found a few nice places in safe areas, but my budget is too low to get an apartment myself, so I would like to team up with someone to share the place, but one person in the bedroom (you) and one in the living room (me), which I would section off neatly to give more privacy/space. The budget is flexible depending on what you are willing to pay. I can’t budge too much from my max of $800, but there’s a tiny bit of wiggle room. I’m looking for anyone who is relatively clean and organized, respectful and open to connecting on some level (I just don’t want a silently coexisting roommates situation). I get along with just about anyone, all I want is to have a clean space where I can feel comfortable and safe, so as long as you’re down with that too, we’re golden. Only roommate would be myself. I’m clean, quiet, respectful, and responsible. I keep to my own space for the most part but I would also love to connect and make conversation/get to know each other (not just politely/awkwardly coexist). I can get along with just about anyone and I’m always willing to communicate when/if any issues might come up to maintain a peaceful living environment. :-)
