Hello! I am looking for someone to replace me and fill a room in a 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. I recently got engaged and bought a house and will be moving out. You would have a private bathroom and one roommate in the other room/bathroom.
Rent: $1,600 + utilities Start date: March 1 Lease end: Nov 3

The gated apartment complex is Los Alisos by Mission Viejo, near the 241 Toll Road.
If you’re interested, please reach out to me. You would be taking over our portion of the lease so the apartment complex will need to do additional income verification (credit check + bank statement + proof of income) before adding you on the lease.
About the roomies
The current roommate (female, 26) is a working professional, very chill, easy going and easy to talk to. She works full-time normal hours in Irvine and mostly keeps to herself, either going to the gym or playing with her very cuddly cat.
The ideal replacement roommate would be a respectful, working professional with good credit and no drug use (including smoking).
