Karen's room

Private room with large closet and separate area that you could use as a closet, small office or sitting room. Shared main bathroom but other roommate has own bathroom so most of the time the bathroom is yours alone. There is a small garden out back, along with a shared space out front (we share the area with the neighbors). Room has just been repainted, floors have been recently refinished. Would like to find someone who is quiet, respectful and can follow the house rules.

I am quiet, have a dog and a cat and am happy to share my lovely home. I like things tidy and ask that you do your share of the chores to keep the common areas clean. We will split the utilities, in the past that runs around $75/month. There is street parking available all the time. There is really no space to store excess furniture etc so your things will need to fit in the room. There is a nice back area with a barbeque and seating that you are welcome to use. No smoking please.
