The house is 3600 sq ft and you are more than welcome to enjoy the entirety of it! Rent includes a fully furnished room, electricity, gas, water, wifi, fenced in backyard, A/C, laundry, basically everything for one flat fee! One room available, it is located on the first floor with a bathroom down the hall that is only used if there are people over (Desk pictured in room has been replaced with a dresser & nightstand). The basement is also finished so there is a lot of room for activities! Dogs are allowed for a $150 REFUNDABLE pet fee as long as they don’t destroy anything in the house. Prefer female roommates! No cats allowed, my dogs will eat them :(
