HOA Complex has basketball and dog park. Short walking distance to restaurants and downtown. Looking for an easy going, patient, friendly, helpful, non-smoking and vaccinated roommate with a family oriented lifestyle who is comfortable sharing space with independent 11 and 13 year old kids 50% of the time. Room = 132.3 sqft + 25 sqft walk-in closet + 30.06 sqft bath = 193.5 sqft exclusive to tenant. 1st month Rent will be prorated based on move-in date.

Rules: Maintain bedroom and bathroom in tidy condition Communicate frequently (particularly if coming home after 11pm) Clean-up after yourself and guests (i.e. rinse off dirty dishes and place in dishwasher/put away.) Move-in Costs: First and Last month’s rent + $300 security deposit

Single professional woman in late 30s with two kids (ages 11 (g) and 13 (b)) who occupy 50% of the time. We are a welcoming, easygoing and active family. My son is an introvert who enjoys his personal time, basketball, baseball, video games, board games and golf. My daughter is very social and enjoys the beach, dining out, crafting in her craft space, drawing, reading, swimming, hiking and camping. I am much like my daughter and enjoy the gym, pilates hiking, camping, beach, gardening, DIY, self-proclaimed foodie, ice cream, wine and tacos. My son and I are both fully vaccinated, my daughter is not of age. We also have a senior American Bulldog (80lbs) who you will find lounging in his bed downstairs (pets not allowed on carpet/upstairs) and two bunnies that live in the backyard. I like to keep a quiet and clean home, teach my children life skills (right now they are learning to cook, personal care and how to manage their time) and during the school year will often be running all over town transporting them back and forth to their activities.
