I live in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom property off Wurzbach and I-10 walking distance to HEB. The room available is at the front of the house and currently has green/blue carpet but will be replaced with new floors prior to your move in. Your bathroom is down the hall and only will be used by other guests when needed. All appliances included, including washer and dryer. Bills are separate and split, water is typically $25 a piece, internet another $25, and electricity $80-$100. The property is spacious (backyard as well) and includes an in home office as well as a workout gym. I have 3 dogs who occupy the backyard. The location of the property is great, it is literally centrally located to everything making it easy to get around, plus plenty of parking! I am 420 friendly!
