Rent includes internet, electricity, gas, water, netflix, hulu, hbogo, and an apartment cleaning service 2 times a month. There is permit-free street parking and there are always spots out front. The condo is fully furnished, aside for the room for rent. You just pay $1000 a month!

A little about me: I’m a 32 year old girl who works in sales in the Loop. I’m gone during the weekdays and home around 6:30-7 on weeknights. I’m pretty social, so am out with friends or over at my bf’s often. I am super healthy/ non smoker and like to keeps things pretty clean.
