About the room

We have an upstairs room available in a very nice, modern home about 15 minutes from the heart of Murrieta. Shared appliances, in a large, security-alarmed house; quiet/friendly neighborhood. Security + Utilities Deposit and First + Last month’s rent required for move in. Utility bills are split evenly amongst renters monthly (separate from rent). Women only. Parking on street is available. Landlord to conduct background checks.

About the roomies

We currently have 4 roommates all either working FT and/or in school. We’re a bunch of introverted nerds but we hang out in the evenings for movie/TV nights and sometimes game nights. We’d love to welcome a new roommate to our mix!
