We have two rooms available in a very nice, modern home about 15 minutes from the heart of Murrieta. New, shared appliances, in a large, security-alarmed house; quiet/friendly neighborhood. Security + Utilities Deposit required. Utility bills are split evenly amongst renters. Females preferred. Parking on street is available, parking in garage is available for $50 additional. Landlord to conduct background checks.

We currently have 3 roommates all in our 20s, either working FT and/or in school. We all respect each other’s space. We’d love to welcome a new roommate to our mix!
