FRANK's room

My house is right across the street from Raymond James Stadium and in the best location in Tampa. Close to many restaurants, shopping, I-275, Armature Works, Rick’s on the River, Midtown, etc. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe. You can leave your windows down with no worries. Located in the heart of West Tampa. You can walk to the stadium Wing House or La Teresita. If you like to exercise, you can walk/jog around the Yankees and Bucs stadium. Game days are fun and I’d be willing to split and money made for parking cars.

YHouse has a small gym with TV and a walled yard. Plenty of room for parking. The guest bedroom is comfortable. I can keep furniture or remove whatever you want. There is a full size bed, closet, etc.

Only 1 bathroom. So, it is shared, but I do have a bidet.

Internet, water and garbage is included, but I do ask for splitting the electric bill. So, maybe $50-$85 more depending on the month.

I teach during the day and do some work afterwards. I don’t party much or play loud music. You must be a dog lover because I have a dog that is like my son. He pretty much has free range of the house during the day, but I do make sure all doors to bathroom, office and bedrooms are closed.

I am looking for someone that is quiet, not a party person, keeps to them self, like dogs and CLEAN.
