Very nice, quiet Apt complex in Campbell Ca. 2 bed 1 1/2 bath. Spare room is available. Room has a-twin bed( mattress, boxspring) and a tv cabinet. Cable and internet already set up. Right across the street from the Campbell community center, and just a very short walk to Downtown Campbell and weekly farmers market also at the community center. Access to all freeways and walking distance to lightrail/public transit Courtyard with tables and chairs,with patio cover, and natural gas bbq for all to use,and same with laundry room. Last but not least a great swimming pool and an absolutely awesome landlord. Very good guy.

My name is Ian McDonald and I live alone in my 2 bed 1 1/2 bath Apt here in Campbell. I am a Department Manager at Safeway and have been with the company for almost 16 years. Im 44 year old meat/seafood butcher and work from 3am to 12pm everyday. All of my neighbors are very nice and respectful, and we do keep an eye out for one another. No drugs,alcohol,parties, ever in my apartment. Visitor’s welcomw 1 at a time, just let me know. Apt is furnished, kitchen has all the bells and whistles in wich is all accessible to renter. I’m real easy going and easy to get along with. So in a nutshell $850 per month + 1/2 cable/internet, and 1/2 PG&E. Smoker friendly, but outside only.
