House is located in the beautiful gated Riverwalk community across from La Sierra University. Close to 91 fwy (one exit from McKinley). Approximately 12 miles west of UCR and 4 miles from Cal Baptist University. The room is small and suitable to a student looking for something very short-term like 3 months. Hardwood flooring. Furnished with a full-size bed, a writing table, a chair, and a nightstand. Private bathroom. Kitchen and laundry privileges, high-speed internet, and all utilities are included. Students from La Sierra University preferred. First month and last month rent required for moving in. I will only respond to inquiries with a brief intro about yourself.

We are a married Asian couple in our early 50s. No children or pets. We are easy-going and work remotely most of the time. Our rooms and the kitchen are upstairs. The room for rent is downstairs by itself so there is a lot of privacy for both.
