Donna's room

I’ve rented a great little cottage in downtown Hendersonville that is newly remodeled. It’s in a great neighborhood within walking distance from downtown and all that Hendersonville has to offer. The kitchen, dining room, living room, full bath, front porch and huge fenced in backyard are shared. Your bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and dresser. The third bedroom is also furnished with a queen size bed and dresser and can be used for temporary out of town guests with prior approval. There is no closet. We share the full bath but I have a half bath in my room for everything but showers. I have a super friendly German Shepard puppy that is well trained and great with people and other dogs. The landlord requires a background check for any roommate and a pet deposit of $350 for a friendly, well trained dog. I hold the lease and utilities and require a security deposit of one months rent and a minimum 3 month commitment with a 30 day notice of vacancy to receive deposit back. Gas, electric, water, sewer, trash and internet are included.

I’m a mature but fun loving professional female who is new to the area and works in healthcare sales. I’m neat, clean, organized and respectful of others and expect the same of you. I like to cook, hike, try new restaurants, breweries and wineries. The lease is through the end of July 2022 as I am looking to buy in this area.
