We live about 15 miles North of Denver near Highway 76. This is a quiet, Christian, straight, NOT friendlyto-420, no pets household. There are 2 other young renters in their own rooms already. I am a RN from California, retired from Kaiser Permanente after 41 years. I am married. There is a young woman and a young man renting their own rooms here. They are private and independent and industrious. Before another renter is accepted both renters here now need to speak to & OK their potential roommie. We are all friendly and congenial and careful of each others space.
