The home is located near Balfour Road in Brentwood not too far from Safeway. There is a park just two blocks away from the home. Street parking.

The rent includes internet, cable TV, weekly maid service to common areas (living room/kitchen), and most utilities are included–owner to cover up to $500 in water and electric (the house has solar)–roommates will split the overage. You will also have access to the private swimming pool, which will be professionally maintained on a weekly basis.

There are a couple of rooms to choose from.

$1400/mo Room w/shared bath: You will have a private room, which can come partially furnished (bed) if needed. The bathroom will be shared with one other roommate. There is another 1/2 bath downstairs that is shared with the housemates.

$1550/mo Room w/private bath: You will have a private room, which can come partially furnished (bed) if needed. The bathroom is private, and will need to be maintained by the individual (not included with maid service). There is another 1/2 bath downstairs that is shared with the housemates.

The home is available to view in person on weekends.

Sorry, no overnight guests or guests beyond 2-hours per day.
