Private master bedroom with bathroom, private separate entrance, huge closet, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster & air fryer in the room, use of outdoor kitchen and bbq, family friendly neighborhood with a huge park and tennis courts within walking distance, very close to freeway entrance and grocery stores. Safe off street parking in front of house. WiFi & utilities included. Washing machine included, no dryer, just clothes line outside. When homeowners are traveling or upon request, roomie must be able, willing & enjoy to water plants, feed chickens, pond fish, feed/walk big active dog. Prefer a roomie who is retired/home a lot or does not work long hours. Only when homeowners are traveling, roomie may use main kitchen.
About the roomies
Retired couple who travel a lot. We are below street level in a very quiet, safe & secluded location, with 2 neighbors in close proximity on either side of us. Roomie must be quiet & non-smoking with no overnight guests & limited guests during the day. We get along well with & respect our neighbors and wish to keep it this way.
