Hi! I’m a 20-something female looking for a female roommate. Amazing West Hollywood location, walking distance from: Whole Foods, melrose ave, Bar Lubitsch, Trader Joe’s and much more!

About the Room: The room is large, has 2 sliding door closets and a private, en suite bathroom. The apartment has a large living room and fully-equipped kitchen. Totally available for you to use freely!

Gated parking spot can be available for $50 extra each month. Street parking is pretty easy to get on a daily basis, and is available 7am-7pm, with permit required overnight.

Water, trash, and gardener are included in the rent. Monthly utilities in addition to rent are for gas, electric and cable/wifi. Usually comes out to about $100 each month.

About Me: I’m from LA but still love to get out and explore the city! I love a good day at the beach, happy hour (always), and watching all kinds of sports. I’m always looking for new friends too, so if you fill the room, don’t be a stranger!

I have a pretty steady schedule each week. I work Monday-Friday, about 8-5, and am home most evenings and weekends. I like to live a pretty low-key live, don’t have parties at home etc. but I definitely love to go out and have fun!

Must Like - or at least tolerate :) - Cats: I have an energetic kitty! She sleeps with me, but I let her roam the living areas as well when I’m not home. She’s very friendly and cuddly.
