A great place to live! This is one of those nice little town home apartments, with the living room, kitchen, half bath and dining room on the first floor, and personal bedrooms and the full bathroom on the second floor. There is a balcony, which is nice when you just want to step outside. You’re also able to walk right next door to Meijer, which will save you a lot of gas.

There is central air, which quickly heats up or cools down the apartment in minutes. A microwave and dishwasher are included in the apartment (along with the standard fridge/oven). There are washers and driers available at the complex, which are within walking distance (far right corner of the complex).

There is a full bathroom upstairs, and a half bathroom downstairs. I, personally, will use the half bath as my personal bathroom. As such, I would be 100% fine with letting my future roommate have the upstairs bathroom to themselves (With the exception of the shower). I will not use your bathroom for anything else. I do not care if you smoke, but per the lease agreement, you would need to smoke about 15ish feet away from the apartment, and not on the porch.

There is no minimum duration of stay required to move in, and there is no security deposit required for the apartment. But potential roommates must have their own form of transportation for themselves, even if it’s just a bike.

I’m just a chill guy with his dog looking for a new roommate. I’m a pretty big introvert, and don’t do a whole lot in my free time besides taking my dog to the park, sleeping, and playing my lap top.

My ESA, Norrin (Approx. 7 years old), is a huge love bug and is always excited to meet new people. If you leave your door open at night, he will, if you’ll let him, try to cuddle with you when you go to bed. He is completely potty trained, will never chew on anything besides his toys/treats, and just loves being around people. If you have an animal with you, we’d have to set up a meet and greet between our animals to see if they’d get along well.

My last roommate had to leave as as she finished her course at MSU and moved in with her boyfriend, and while I am looking for a new roommate, I am also looking for someone who I can trust, is financially reliable, and respectful.
