The townhouse opens into a spacious living room that flows into a formal dining area, with a French door leading to a large private patio. The patio includes a soil border suitable for planting flowers or creating a small garden.
The kitchen offers ample cabinet storage and granite countertop space. A half bathroom and an in‑unit laundry area (washer and dryer included) complete the first floor.
All three bedrooms are located upstairs. Street parking is available for this room.
