The complex is gated, has multiple pools, a good gym, and ample parking. You’re minutes away from hopping on I-85 or GA-400. The unit is a 2BR 2BA where you would have the “master” suite (private bathroom and walk-in closet). I have an in-unit washer/dryer, apartment wide 400Mbps wireless internet, X1 premier xfinity TV with 200+ channels (no premium movie channels, but has sports addon packages), and Netflix connected to the living room smart TV. The full apartment (including your room) is already fully furnished, but you would need to provide your own TV if you want a TV in your bedroom.

I’m a 33 year old divorced introvert. I enjoy everything sports related, and work from home sporadically. I have 2 cats (1 of whom will want to be your best friend, the other of whom will take a second to win over, but will leave you alone and stick to my room mostly). I’m personable, very clean/tidy, don’t smoke, and don’t have visitors very often. The listed price is inclusive for all utilities.
