Let’s be real. California is EXPENSIVE. Even breathing the air costs you. Rn you’re probably stressed out looking for an affordable place to crash at. Well look no further because I have a room that’s under $500 with all utilities included along with free wifi! The room is 8x9 so it’s on the smaller side. Pretty sure you can fit an elephant in here with just enough space to fit a sleeping bag right next to it presuming it doesn’t roll over and crush you in your sleep.The house is located on the border of la verne and pomona. Technically the address says Pomona but la verne is only a leg hair’s length away. We’ll be sharing a bathroom and kitchen together. You can use my beautiful, expensive dishes as long as you treat them with love. But nobody touches the cow mug. The house is 4 min away from the 10 fwy, 10 min away from the 210, and 12 min from the 60. Mt SAC and Cal Poly are about 15 min away while University of La Verne is like RIGHT THERE! Now unto the sad part. Unfortunately I cannot allow cats or dogs. It’s not my decision, it’s my landlord’s. I do not know why he would do something like this. Possibly a lack of a human soul? Or perhaps he’s had a freak accident involving the family Shih Tzu in his early childhood. Also I can’t allow smoking indoors. 1. It does bug me, 2. It’ll leave a smell that the landlord won’t like. Now don’t go reaching for that lighter! The hairs on my landlord’s arms will stand up and alert him of the grave error you’re about to commit! I’m embarrassed to say this but I do not have a washer or dryer but there is a laundromat that’s 3 min away. Bribe me with $5k and you’ll get the room automatically.
