Clean house in a safe, quiet Lakeland Hills, gated neighborhood in Auburn, WA. Bedroom is on the second floor. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. MUST be clean and organized. No pack rats or hording in the room. No drugs alcohol, vaping, smoking, weed or parties. I have a cat so no pets or other animals. This is not a hangout place for your friends or boyfriend/girlfriend. I have strict rules. I do have cameras on the property. I rent month to month. Must have a FT job. Since this room is furnished, you must have a storage unit for your stuff. Will have a parking spot and shared bathroom. One other quiet renter, that works alot. Background checks is required, for criminal history, evictions and credit score. No exceptions. Close to park, shopping center, walking neighborhood.
