This apartment building is great! It is gated, has a pool and gym, and is located only 4 minutes from the Grove. There’s an onsite manager who is super nice and helpful as well. The unit is very spacious and if you’re interested, I can send you a link to a virtual tour of it! The application does do a credit check and requires proof of income.

Hi my name is Mira! I’m an incoming graduate student at USC and I’m moving from Virginia to LA at the end of this month. I had a roommate for this unit but she bailed at the last minute, so I am bit desperate to find someone! I would love to live with another graduate student or young professional.

I also have a very cute corgi, and he is three years old. I would like him to be the only pet in the house, so no other pets please. Ideally, I could be friends with my roommate. I love to try new restaurants, shop, go out on weekends, and am open to pretty much anything.
