$700/ - Spokane Valley 4bd/1ba Duplex-in unit laundry, gated spacious backyard, free parking. The house : Private upstairs room is for rent w/ 2 closets, in a safe neighborhood central to everything. We have a fully furnished home with a dishwasher, I’m unit laundry, internet, ect. Utilities(water sewage, eclectic and internet) are approximately $100 per month, which we all spilt.

My mom and I are currently looking for another roommate, we are both easy going and clean, we are looking for another female roommate. I have 2 cats, they are indoor outdoor. We’re easy to get along with and always down for a girls night!! We’re looking for someone to renew our 12 month lease with.
