This is a really nice apartment. You have your own bathroom. Washer/drier, pool, high speed internet, BBQ, and plenty of parking. I like to keep the place clean, so I pick up as I go, and expect the same from my roomie. The room is furnished, but I can get rid of anything you don’t need. This is great for a single occupancy, no pets rentor.

I just moved to Scottsdale a couple of months ago. I’m a senior citizen and I work from home as a computer systems architect. I spent most of my life moving from town to town jumping from one project to the next, so I’m trying to slow down and retire.
