2 blocks from the Christmas story house, 2.5 miles from the baseball stadium, 2 miles from the steel yards and shopping and we have high tech security cameras all over this property. It’s a full basement in our home, With 2 and a half rooms. One bedroom, a sitting room that also can be used as a kitchenette unfurnished, a bathroom 2 sinks toilet and a way to have a bath tub or shower hose hooked up. Needs drywall and painting willing to take deposit off in exchange for tenant doing such work. We stay to ourselves and prefer not to be bothered. Though it’s our basement apartment we wont be bothering you as we are loners ourselves. My caretaker and her daughter live on the 3rd floor I live on the 2nd floor. This mini apartment is perfect for someone that is a loner as we all are loners too. We dont have guests over and prefer it to remain that way. Large spacious rooms, shared laundry facilities , and my caretaker has agreed to make enough extra dinner to provide you with two free meals a day. This apt is perfect for someone retired or on disability. Perfect for loners perfect for peaceful quiet types someone that just needs a place to and call home.

I am retired from the city of Cleveland 72 years old brother of federal government workers. My caretaker and her granddaughter live on this property as well. Her granddaughter is 6 she is 50. We take corona very seriously and stay in lock down mode keeping others out. We stay to ourselves and prefer not to engage or socialize much. We want to rent to someone that also appreciates the seriousness of Corona and wishes to also remain in isolation. Free wifi so you can buy or bring your devices to have phone and cable on us.
