As for the house- Being on the border of Roseville and Citrus the house is close to everything and anything. It’s in proximity to the hospital hub, finest shopping/entertainment, and freeway access. Oh and tons of storage place, laundry is onsite and wifi is provide. The storage is a big feature (garage, closets, sheds, and built in shelving.) I won’t be having use for the additional available storage in the hallway or the garage or much. I am still shuffling between the Bay Area, and trying down size. I am looking into putting in security features. From a ring door cam, fencing, and the likes. We are also upgrading the landscaping, with a jacuzzi/hot tub, bbq, and ambient lighting. Each room will have its own key and the main property manager in Fremont, whom you’ll sign the lease with will have the other. Roommates will get priority parking in the driveway. It’s a great spot, we have few fruit trees coming into bloom. Peaches, apricots, and plum- with plans of an herb garden and few more fruit trees such as pomegranetes /oranges/and tangerines. About the roomies

am a 28 year old professional female and a San Francisco Bay Area native. Relocating for change of pace and telecommuting has given me the flexibility. I am transitioning into going back into office. My background in Operations Finance Business HR Safety Capex Etc. while my degree of study was Psychology and Communications. So I’ll be working long hours. But enough about me….

The other two roommates are a sweet, well put together, and motivated couple. They are currently to move in September with their adorable dog Sina. Both are currently taking business courses. One is Bay Area Native and a manager at a food establishment. While the other is native to Sacramento area and is a massage therapist. They are easy to get along with and have dinner.

We want everyone to be comfortable in their own home, and we are looking who would match our vibe so to say.

This is a property is one that I went in with on with my family a few years ago. Things aligned when the previous tenants purchased a property in Nevada with their extended family. It was great to hear to all the already cherished memories they’ve made here.I’ve pretty much am go the flow as long everyone treats one and another with kindness/dignity/respect. Its amazes me everyday, as just third party witness, how decency seems to be lacking. For me that’s at the core of how I operate, you never know what someone has faced or maybe going through. I will be the liaison between the landlords aka my parents and yourself for the most part.

Three things about me. 1. I love dogs, I love animals sometimes more than people. I am a big dog person. 2. Ice Cream is one top ten favorite things of all time. 3. I tend to be wrapped up in my brain with work/ school so I guess would say I might off as reserved at first. I honestly love connecting with others but authenticity is number one for me. Age, ethnicity, and sexuality doesn’t break any deals for me. I just want to choose people I’d feel comfortable and safe with. Respect, chemistry, and values are I prioritize. I am fairly busy, and will mostly likely be away from the house 6 days of the week- so I only ask to come home to relaxed and easy going environment. Stoked to meet my future roommates.
