About the room
Our room in West Denver (near Sheridan and Evans) comes with a hot tub, backyard, front porch, fire pit, a huge garage and swamp cooler.
We’re looking for another awesome roommate to join us.
The house is close to multiple parks and trails. Not far from the mountains for the outdoorsy guy. Close to King Soopers, Walmart, the post office, Vasa fitness, Mexican and Asian restaurants.
Lease: Begin April 29 with flexible terms
Room: on the main floor, shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room. You can use everything that is already in the room such as box spring, bookshelf, drawers, etc
Parking: driveway and free street parking
We are not 420 friendly.
About the roomies
I do addiction counseling and other roommates work various jobs such as chaplain, electrician, painter, FedEx, etc. We are friendly. Some of us like to watch movies and play games together.
