We have a quiet, fully furnished room available in our 2-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in a safe, friendly neighborhood of North Hollywood. You’ll often see neighbors jogging & walking their dogs.

Location:

• Close to public transport, freeways, airports, schools, hospitals, shopping & dining.
• Central A/C & heating.
• Shared bathrooms, kitchen & living areas with other tenants.
• Access to a washer & dryer & a designated refrigerators for guests.

Parking:

• Ample private street parking available.
• Driveway can accommodate 3 cars (reserve a spot for $50/month).

Amenities:

• Enjoy our gazebo & mini-golf course, perfect for yoga, meditation, or relaxing.

About Us: We are a vaccinated couple working in the medical field. We love traveling, cooking, movies, music & occasional casino trips.

House Rules:

1. No Smoking: No smoking inside or outside near the house.
2. No Shoes Indoors: Please remove shoes upon entry.
3. No Pets.
4. No Drugs or Illegal Activities.
5. No Parties or Events.
6. No Overnight Guests (12am - 7am).
7. Noise Levels: Keep noise low, especially during quiet hours (10pm - 7am).
8. A/C Settings: Keep A/C on “Auto” between 70°F and 80°F.
9. When Not Home: Turn off all lights & appliances & lock doors/windows.
10. Laundry: Use small/medium loads to avoid machine overload.
