Unfurnished 11x11 bedroom w/closet is available for single occupancy in a 3 bedroom tri-level house. Full bath in hallway is shared with other room. located in a very modest and quiet cul-de-sac (sorry, not a party house). Kitchen, dining & living room privilege, conditional use for laundry room. Visitors are OK, overnight guests or pets are not permitted. No onsite storage or garage use, but there is plenty of street parking. As adults, open communication, etiquette and assisting w/chores to keep house tidy is a must. Not an apartment, so yard-work participation is also required. Utilities not included, but based on sliding scale (the more you use, the more you pay). Naturally, timely payment of rent/utilities is mandatory. Selected candidate would need: pass background check, 1st & last month rent + $900 deposit (cleaning/damages) and proof of renters insurance upon lease signing/move in. Seems spendy, but it’s quiet, less traffic and still cheaper than an apartment on 10 mile! And finally, no smoking, drug use or heavy drinkers, this would not be the right home for you.
