Decided to rent second room. So reduction in price of Larger room to $650 and second room at $550. First room good up to queen while second suits twin best. I have available beds and furniture but you can bring your own and anticipate large shared living space customized to all.

Yorktown, Grafton area, just off 17 (George Washington Memorial highway). Room and potentially 2 rooms available for rent. 1.5 baths, bathroom with toilet separate from sink area.
