I am renting an unfurnished backhouse for one or two people in Rialto, CA. It has a separate entrance, Own bathroom, Closet, with parking on the street at no cost and no restrictions. Washer for laundry. I am looking for a responsible, clean, working individual/s that will be paying rent on time, with no drug use (no marijuana) and no pets. asking for $1,300 + utilities (which is water, internet and electricity) But these are divided equally among all people in the property. To move in you would be asked for first month’s rent, plus $1000 refundable deposit, and last month’s rent; however, (The last month’s rent can be paid in installments over the first 3 months) + one time cost of $36 non-refundable for background check. Available to show now. Ready to move in by June 8th.
