I’m renting a room in my house with all utilities included, furnished, with private bath and parking . 🌿Nice and quiet location with lot of nature around , access to main avenues, and close to the beach ⛱️. The community has nice pool🏊🏻‍♀️ and jacuzzi. Room is only for one roomate . No overnight guest allowed. No pets . *Security deposit for last rent payment

• The Association requires filling out a registration form for a quick meeting to provide the community information and the parking sticker.

I’m clean, organized , and responsible.
I work in Finance outside during business hours . I’m off on Wednesdays at home . No kids, no pets. I stay at home with my partner on weekends . We are a mature and professional couple in the early fifties. Looking for a responsible , clean and punctual roomate .
