New flooring and windows. • Bathroom (shared) is entirely remodeled. • New gas stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. • Big front and back yard. • High speed internet/WiFi, unlimited data. • Room has two gigabit Ethernet ports; good if you need to work from home. • Lights in the house are Philips Hue, so if you want, you can change the colors of the lights to whatever you want.
