Barbara's room

It’s a little house in the woods on a hilly dirt road, about two miles from the Canterbury town center. There’s a large, new, two-bay carport, additional parking spot, and a paved driveway. An older carport was recently converted into a four-season studio, and this will be available exclusively to the roommate, along with a bedroom in the house. (There are two bedrooms in the house, plus a guest room.) My WiFi is strong and covers the studio; cell phone reception is almost non-existent. There’s an extra refrigerator in the basement.

I’m a legal aid attorney, working mostly from home, and I’m fairly neat and clean. I have two indoor/outdoor cats who bring small creatures into the house occasionally — sometimes alive, sometimes not. I can share the two refrigerators with a roommate, with each of us buying our own food. All utilities are included, except phones.
