The house is 2 years old. It’s a three bed, two bath with a widened driveway. The listing is for one of the three bedrooms. Your room will have a walk in closet and can be partly furnished if assistance is needed. You will have your own bathroom and a guest room next door to your room that you are free to use. I am a high school teacher, soccer coach and dog lover. I have a 5 year old shepherd that loves to snuggle and play. I own the house, so if anything breaks I’m easy to find. I love to cook and workout. I have a mma gym built in my garage. Finishing up my masters at FGCU. Go eagles!
