Three-bedroom ranch house for rent, conveniently located near restaurants, cafes, and close by to Garden City and Chapel View shopping centers. Utilities included (heat, hot water, electricity, and internet)! You would be renting one room, I have one room, and I have one other roommate renting the third room. Yard is fenced in and I have one large dog who would need to be trialed with your dog, if you have one. No cats because my dog would chase them. One shared bathroom with double sinks. Large living room and the whole house is furnished, including your room. Full, partially-finished basement with exercise room you’re welcome to use. Quiet neighborhood and house is located within walking distance of a bus stop (though I prefer you have a car). Off-street parking in driveway. I am NOT 420 friendly but social drinking is okay. You and I would be responsible for yard cleanup and snow removal, not the landlord (my elderly dad).

I am friendly, outgoing, intelligent, caring, and fun to be around. I am looking for more than just a roommate, but also a companion. I don’t want to just live together, I am seeking someone who would like to spend a few hours a week with me, hanging out. I am a normal person with friends and a supportive and loving family, but I don’t do well living alone, so I need someone who I am compatible with who would be willing to hang out occasionally.
