Available July 1,2026 2 furry kids, dogs. one professional artist/ educator. Outside smoking. Early to bed , early to rise. Basically work all the time. Due to the dogs we are not a suitable home for children visiting. They are big dogs and we just don’t want the worry of a little one getting knocked down. You are a responsible , independent adult that values quiet space and pays rent without being asked , is mindful of closing doors, good with large dogs and cleaning up after yourself.
