Aspen Heights is luxury-style apartment complex catered specifically for students (UH and TSU)! Complex is gated and has assigned parking, and comes with plenty of amenities like various grills and outdoor seating, gym, computer lab, volleyball court, study rooms, a clubhouse, a swimming pool, and 3 courtyards! There’s a shuttle that’ll take you to and from school and the light rail is right there across the street!
The apartment has 4 bedrooms, and since the leases are done per-person I’m offering my own and its respective walk-in closet and bathroom, and comes fully furnished! The living area has a washer-drier, dishwasher, couches, tables, fridge, microwave, oven, and a tv! The room itself comes fully furnished as well with a bed, desk, and cabinets. My rooms are all male but any gender is welcome: they’re laid back and as long as you’re cool then you should be fine!
