Private Furnished bedroom for 1 person (NO couples), shared bathroom, in a cozy home near everything. It is a furnished bedroom with queen size bed, nighstand, dresser, closet, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine. You have full access to use the kitchen, laundry room, living room, front porch, back porch, back yard, big garden. Near I-95, between exit 59 Gateway and exit 60 Hypoluxo. Just 2 miles from Lantana public beach and light rail, grocery stores, restaurants…unincorporated Palm beach county, border with Boynton Beach, Lantana address, near Lake Worth, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach. Non-smoking inside the house, you can smoke in the front porch or back porch or back yard, anywhere outside of big garden. I own Teacup yorkshire terriers, they are hypoallergenic, don’t shed, between 2 and 5.5 pounds, if you don’t like small dogs, it is not a place for you, but also I cannot have roomies with their own pet as the house already has it. Contract minimum 6 months, 30 days notice required to move out. (To move in rent + deposit). You need to have a full time job. It is located border with Boynton Beach, here is unincorporated Palm Beach county, I write Lantana at the address, but it is not considered Lantana too. It is between both towns but border with Boynton.

1 person in each bedroom, house has 3 bedrooms, 1 straight male in 1 bedroom, 1 straight female in another bedroom. I have little doggies, yorkies (yorkshire terrier teacups between 2 and 5 pounds), they are hypoallergenic, they don’t have fur, they have hair, same PH of human hair, they don’t shed.
