Location: This is a great neighborhood location, conveniently close to shops and cafes along Balboa St and Geary Blvd. You will be within walking distance of Golden Gate Park, the Presidio, and the beach.
Home: This is a shared 2-bed-1-bath apartment. You will have a private, unfurnished bedroom (street-facing) with beautiful windows, some shelving and a closet. This is an older unit with some clutter, and the kitchen does have limited functionality. There is no in-home laundry.
Looking for someone who: Is active with their own life, respectful, and preferably doesn’t cook at home a lot. Doesn’t mind some noise from the street below.
