I have a carpeted bedroom shared bathroom available in lower level of split foyer home in Upper Marlboro, MD. Bedroom has 2 closets and can fit a queen size bed comfortably. Due to room having carpet, I ask to not wear shoes in the bedroom. Bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom and is shared with only one other female. The house has 4 rooms total in the house with 3 other females. Shared spaces include kitchen, living room, laundry room, deck area, backyard, etc.

Neighborhood is private and quiet. Very close to PG Community College, Largo Metro Station, Andrews AFB, close to shops & restaurants, 30 min to DC, 20 min to UMD, etc.

Security deposit is one month rent. Background and credit check required paid by tenant interested. I also require a pic of ID, copies of paystubs, references, and 6 month min lease.

There are 3 other females working professionals living in the house. Everyone is respectful and clean up after themselves and common areas. They all like to keep to themselves as well. Looking for preferably another female who is respectful and neat.
