-Walking distance to Walgreens and Walmart, five minute or less drive to Kroger

-located near Wolfchase shopping/dining area and close to I-40 for easy access to other parts of Memphis.

-Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, central A/C, Ring doorbell camera

-Parking: two-car driveway

-Available: One bedroom, semi-private bathroom (I also use that shower, but the cabinet storage and morning getting-ready space is yours)

-Bedroom unfurnished, bathroom “furnished” with shower curtain and trash can; kitchen, living room, dining room furnished.

-Rent: $725 per month, paid to Landlord. First and last month’s rent plus security deposit due at move-in

-Utilities: Bartlett Water Dept, MLGW, and internet included. Your rent may go up (at lease renewal) if the internet costs do, or of course if the landlord raises the total rent.

-I do not have cable, but I have decent wifi that can be used for any kind of streaming service. I have access to Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV, Peacock, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and Paramount logged in on my living room Roku. The ones that I own I can make a profile for you on, and the ones that I share I can let you watch on my profile if you ask first. I also have all of those apps built into the TV, if you prefer to use your own login.

I am a 33-year-old woman, employed full time as a receptionist at a local company. I work weekdays 8:00-5:00. When I am not working I am mostly a quiet homebody and spend my time watching tv, reading, or chatting online with my out of town friends. When I do go out, it’s usually for a movie/dinner with friends/concert/other event. I don’t go out to clubs and very rarely go to bars. I don’t drink because alcohol disagrees with both my stomach and my tastebuds, but as long as you aren’t throwing parties, I don’t care about alcohol in the house.

I am very allergic to all furry and feathered animals as well as flowering plants and cannot have them in the house.

I am looking for a roommate who reliably gets their flu and COVID vaccines every fall. I have sinus issues and very young nephews and an elderly grandmother, so I don’t want to get sick or infect anyone else.
