Rental rooms available in a private house for students and working professionals. The rooms are fully furnished and do come with the following amenities. TV with internet WIFI access 24 hrs., Microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, refrigerator, desk with chair, bed and utilities are included. Common shared bath/toilet facilities. 10 minutes’ walk to the train station, bus depot, shopping, restaurants and supermarkets are all within walking distance including Pace University. The property is well maintained, clean and centrally located in the heart of white plains city, within a quite peaceful and excellent neighborhood with easy access to transportation and local commute.
About the roomies
Landlord stays below with spouse, catholic family, currently three rooms available for rent, with one occupied by an international student. We cater to international students studying at Pace Law School for the past 15 years.
