Big backyard in quiet neighborhood, the house is cozy, organized and clean. A lot of activities and restaurants in downtown area and house located one mile from the beach. A rental application, a CLEAN BACKGROUND check, income verification, & references is a must. 1st and security deposit must be made prior to move-in. 2-month minimum stay. Month-to-month agreement.
About the roomies
The other tenant has been in the property for 7 years. He is a mid-aged male who works in a restaurant during evening hours and does stockmarketing during the day. He is organized, amiable and clean.
