About the room

My roommate is moving for work so trying to fill his room ASAP. It is the second bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment located in the heart of the Harbor Point neighborhood. The apartment is really great, it is on the 11th floor of the NV building and has floor to ceiling windows south and west facing with a balcony. The place has amazing natural light!

About the roomies

I am a professional in the maritime industry, currently I am the Waterfront Director for a yacht club in Westchester. The job keeps me very busy in the summer so am rarely home and in bed early.

I am clean, laid back, and friendly. I like to cook, play board games, and binge watch tv shows. Also I am an avid fantasy football player so love me a good Sunday funday. Usually pretty quiet during the week but not against going out the bars every now and then. Am not someone who brings the party home.
